Mother Divine Public School which is situated in the heart of city is well ventilated, having a healthy environment for the students. Both the buildings have spacious and big rooms with sturdy furniture and latest teaching aids. The school provides an excellent transport service to ferry the students under the strict vigilance of trained staff.

Our school is a well-equipped, safe, healthy & nurturing place for the members of Mother Divine Family. Flower be-decked lush green garden greets everyone as they step inside the premises. It has large water coolers with aqua guards at each floor to provide cool and purified water. CCTV Cameras have been installed in each and every important corner of our school. All the cameras are functional with adequate recording facility & are under the constant supervision of the concerned authority. A lady attendant is stationed outside each washroom for children. Visitors are subjected to check at the gate by the gatekeeper & are not allowed beyond the reception area. The support staff of the school has been subjected to police verification and is trustworthy.


We believe that the environment of a school determines the pace of learning and development in children. All the classrooms in the school are themed, their walls or boards represents the attributes for children to observe and learn. All the classrooms are fully air-conditioned & well equipped in all respects.

We also believe in alliance between education and technology. Our innovative approach towards smart boards makes our kids more smart, bright & creative. We are delighted to inform you all that all the classes in the school are equipped with smart boards as it enhanced the pedagogy & teaching methodology. The white board is also a Smart Board with a projector, speaker and keyboard attached. Each class A lot of interesting videos, presentations, worksheets, games, stories & many more activities have been made available for the benefit of the students. All the classrooms, have cupboards and shelves. The desk for the students is made of pure wood with coloured laminated tops. There are double seaters.


We live in a reading world. Reading makes life more meaningful, improves ways of thinking, enriches cultural background & above all influences a child’s mental growth.

Mother Divine has a well-equipped library with a collection of more than 40,000 books and 650 CD’s. Apart from books, library also subscribes a large number of online and print journals, wide variety of magazines, newspapers and other reading materials. The library supports the teaching, research and extension programmes of the school. All Student, Faculty and Staff members are entitled to make use of the library facilities on taking library membership. OPAC can also be accessed through any terminal on the school Campus Network. The collection in the Library can also be searched through Web OPAC. The students who like to study on their own or in group find that studying in the library is very convenient. The librarian work closely with teaching staff to ensure that the relevant books, journals & electronic resources are accessible.

An Engaging Play Area

Play allows children to use their creativity while developing their imagination, dexterity, and physical, cognitive, and emotional strength. Play is important to healthy brain development. It is through play that children at a very early age engage and interact in the world around them. Keeping the same in our mind, an engaging play area is set up in the school as it serves as a useful tool for engaging the tiny tots in useful play. The adventure area is equipped with age -appropriate adventure games such as: types of Swings & slides, trampoline, Caterpillar pass, Ball pool, toy cars & so on.

Computer Room

Computer learning has become an imperative part of education in today’s technologically advanced world. Both theoretical and practical knowledge of computers is necessary to keep pace with the current competitive environment. In order to ensure that our children learn the finer nuances of computer usage, weekly theory and practical computer classes are held in school computer room. This room has sophisticated & modern computers with speakers & all the necessary accessories which help student to learn & understand the practical usage of computers.

Medical Room

School firmly believes in the proverb "Health is Wealth". The school has a well-equipped Medical room with a full-time qualified trained nurse. First aid is provided during school hours as and when necessary. The school conducts regular check-ups of the students during the academic year. Cooperation of parents is sought to ensure the health and hygiene of the children.

All parents are requested to impart health education to their children so that they:-

  • maintain personal hygiene like: trimming of nails, regular hair cuts, etc.
  • sleep 8 hours a day.
  • exercise daily.
  • have a balanced diet.
  • avoid consumption of junk food and eatables from roadside vendors.

Counsellor Room

To cope up with the stress of modern living and to ensure that our students grow up to be happy and successful individuals the school offers guidance and counselling services. Counselling is provided in a room allocated specially for this purpose.

School Rules And Regulations

Parents are requested to co-operate with the school in its attempt to help the child progress and paying attention to their regularity, punctuality, discipline and by taking interest in their work. They should check the almanac of their ward daily and note the homework and any other instructions given. They are advised to check their bag to see if any circular/notice has been sent.

  • Every student should carry his/her ALMANAC and IDENTITY CARD to the school every day.
  • Parents are requested to fill all the required details and paste student's photograph.
  • On the loss of an Identity Card/ School Almanac, the child would be issued another one additional payment
  • Every student should have two Identity Cards with his/ her photograph. One has to be worn by the child daily and other to be kept with the parents. Those who are coming to pick up the student from the school / bus stop must always bring the School Identity Card for identification.
  • Students should reach school by 9:00am sharp. Timings should be strictly followed.
    Late comers will not be permitted.
  • Students should be habitually clean and always neatly dressed. No colour except the colour prescribed by the school should be used for hair bands, clips etc.
  • The school uniform must be worn on all working days including P.T.Ms and school events.
  • Girls should not apply nail polish or mehndi during the school session. Nails should be trimmed at least once a week. Non-Sikh boys should get their hair trimmed at regular intervals.
  • Parents and guardian must not visit their ward in school without any prior appointment.
  • No expensive items (including any electronic device) should be brought to school.
  • Children, when sick should not be sent to school.
  • Shouting, loud talking or whistling is not allowed in school & are considered in-displinary acts.
  • Language of communication in school is English. All students will be required to adhere to this. Parents are also expected to help students improve their conversational skills and provide a conducive environment at home.
  • Care must be taken in order to maintain clean and green surroundings. School premises should not be littered with disposable tumblers, papers or polythene bags. Polythene bags in the school are not allowed.
  • The school reserves the right to suspend / expel students whose conduct is not acceptable to the school system.
  • A record of worksheets and circulars must be maintained at Home.
  • Parents should make sure to acknowledge all circulars and mails sent by the school time to time and confirm receiving of all circulars by putting in their signatures.
  • School is in direct contact with its parents through the online portal. You will be required to visit the school portal daily for all types of updates. Going paperless, all the circulars, assignments etc. will be provided in soft copy through portal.
  • For security reasons, no packets/ water bottle / tiffin will be taken at the gate for delivering to your ward.
  • Appointment with dentists / doctors or others should, as far as possible, be avoided during school hours. Such requests for early leave will not be entertained.
  • You are requested not to send the child to school on the day of any social engagement or medical appointment.
  • Parents must visit the school on PTM to note the progress of their ward.
  • Parents are requested to inculcate the values and virtues amongst the children. This shall help them to become great human beings.
  • It is mandatory for student to attain minimum 75% attendance in the academic year as eligibility criteria to appear in the final examination. However, the percentage could be relaxed on medical grounds only with the consent of the Principal/ Head Minis tress.
  • In case the child is found possessing mobile phones in the school, the same shall be confiscated and returned to the parent after paying penalty.
